At A Gifted Crafts, we create faith inspired products with care, creativity, and purpose. Because many of our products are handmade, custom created, or printed on demand, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade, custom, print on demand, and personal use nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
By placing an order, customers agree to review all product descriptions, sizing, personalization details, and shipping information before purchase.
Handmade & Print Variations
Many of our items are handmade or made to order specifically for each customer. Slight variations in color, placement, texture, printing, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or other delivery carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Approved issues may be resolved through:
• Replacement
• Exchange
• Partial refund depending on the extent of the damage or issue at our discretion.
Full refunds will not be issued.
Books Purchased Through Amazon
Books purchased through Amazon are printed, shipped, and fulfilled directly through Amazon KDP and Amazon fulfillment services.
If you experience issues with an Amazon order such as:
• Printing defects
• Damaged books
• Missing orders
• Shipping delays
• Delivery problems
• Incorrect items
please contact Amazon customer service directly through your Amazon account for the fastest resolution.
Amazon handles all returns, replacements, shipping, and refund decisions for orders placed on their platform according to Amazon’s policies.
While we do not control Amazon fulfillment or shipping operations, we always want our customers to have a positive experience and encourage you to contact us if you need additional support.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non refundable and non returnable:
• Custom or personalized products
• Earrings for hygiene reasons
• Digital products or downloads
• Used journals, coloring books, or books
• Sale or clearance items
• Print on demand products
Items showing signs of use, writing, coloring, wear, or damage after delivery are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our discretion if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
